SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petroleum and gas industry and is intended for running, installing, and sealing the suspension of a liner. The tool consists of three main components: a runner tool, a base branch pipe, and a packer activator. The disconnection mechanism, the running tool, is needed to retain the suspension of a liner when running the liner to a predetermined depth and during cementing works. The runner tool includes three main assemblies: the assembly for connecting the packer activator with the runner tool, the assembly for connection and disconnection with the liner suspension, and the hydraulic lock assembly. The packer activator serves for activating the liner suspension packer, and for ensuring a tight seal for a pressure test. The packer activator includes three main assembly: the assembly for connection with the runner tool, the assembly for connection with the base branch pipe, and the assembly for activating the suspension packer.

EFFECT: length of the structure is reduced, efficiency and reliability of the tool during running, activation, and sealing of the liner suspension are increased due to the change in structural features.
