FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed reactor comprises toroidal chamber with discharge branch pipes connected thereto and equipped with turbulising grating. Wedge-shape ledges and perforated plates made form high-heat capacity material are arranged in reactor chamber ahead of the inlet of discharge branch pipes. Wedge-like ledges are arranged ahead of holes of perforated plates while chamfers are made in plates on opposite side of holes to shape said wedge. Besides, rings are fitted on perforated plates to make toothed slot between rings ends. Ends of said rings have chamfers. Perforated plates are corrugated with crimps directed along radii of reactor toroidal chamber.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of neutralisation and expanded operating performances
