SUBSTANCE: one aspect of the present invention relates to a base station, wherein mobile stations are assigned either resource blocks obtained by dividing the system bandwidth into blocks of series-arranged subcarrier frequencies or distributed resource blocks consisting of subcarrier frequencies discretely distributed on the system bandwidth, and obtained via segmentation of the resource blocks into several resource blocks; a base station having a device for assigning bandwidth for transmitting a pilot channel, configured to assign bandwidth for transmitting a pilot channel for measuring the status of an uplink receiving channel with a cycle which is longer than the cycle for data channel assignment and a device for assigning bandwidth for transmitting the data channel, configured to assign resource blocks obtained by dividing the system bandwidth into blocks of series-arranged subcarrier frequencies, as the bandwidth for transmitting the data channel for mobile stations.
EFFECT: fast packet scheduling of transmission from a base station to user terminals of assignment information for each transmission interval and meant for periodic assignment of predetermined radio resources for traffic with periodic occurrence of data.
