SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a base station used in a mobile communication system in which an OFDM scheme is used in a downlink, having a scheduling module adapted to perform radio resource allocation to the user terminal for each subframe; a control channel generating module adapted to generate a control channel for reporting to the user terminal the result of scheduling made by the scheduling module; and a mapping module adapted to map the control channel and the data channel; wherein control information includes information indicating the amount of radio resources used for the control channel, and the mapping module multiplexes information indicating the amount of radio resources used for the control channel to a first OFDM symbol.
EFFECT: reporting the amount of radio resources used for the control channel.
