SUBSTANCE: user terminal includes a module which is configured to prepare acknowledgement information which indicates positive acknowledgement or negative acknowledgement for a downlink data signal based on the result of demodulating a downlink data signal; a module which is configured to prepare channel status information which indicates reception quality of a downlink reference signal; a module which is configured for channel coding multiplexed control information, wherein acknowledgement information and channel status information are multiplexed in order to prepare an uplink control signal; and a module which is configured to transmit the uplink control signal using special resources different from resources for the uplink data signal.
EFFECT: efficient transmission of multiple types of control information, differing from each other by the required transmission quality and number of required bits.
