SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fodders for domestic animals and is as follows: one applies psyllium seeds or seed parts for appetite reduction with dogs. Psyllium seeds or seed parts are introduced into a dry fodder for dogs at a concentration higher than 0.2 % but lower than 4 % of the fodder weight.
EFFECT: feeding a dry fodder for dogs which is produced by way of introduction of psyllium seeds or seed parts allows to reduce appetite with dogs and reduce spontaneous food consumption by them.
