FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared; carrots and bulb onions are cut, sauteed in vegetable oil and mixed with fermented cabbages to produce a garnish. One proceeds with sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the flour mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, coriander and laurel leaf and the mixture cooking to produce a sauce. One performs fish cutting, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, the fish, garnish and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
