SUBSTANCE: method envisages preparation of recipe components, carrots and bulb onions cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, fresh white cabbages chopping and freezing, the listed components mixing to produce garnish, mixing flour, tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, coriander and laurel leaf, the mixture cooking to produce a sauce, fish cutting, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, the fish, garnish and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation. The invention novelty is as follows: one uses in the sauce composition sunflower flour that is poured, before mixing, with drinking water and maintained for swelling while the components are used at the following expenditure ratio, wt %: fish - 690; vegetable oil - 79.2; fresh white cabbages - 676.2; carrots - 77.2-79.2; bulb onions - 77.2-78.2; wheat flour - 15.8, sunflower flour - 15.8, tomato paste in conversion to 30% dry substances content - 88, sugar - 9, salt - 15, black hot pepper - 0.96, allspice - 0.04, cloves - 0.04, coriander - 0.04; laurel leaf - 0.03, water till the target product yield is equal to 1000.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
