FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Secvestrectomy of affected sections of talus and covering tissues of foot is performed. Bone and soft-tissue defect is substituted with supplied with blood complex of tissues, formed from skin-bone island graft from dorsum of foot with included into it bone fragment from body of the first metatarsal bone on proximal vascular bundle. Primary sutures are applied on perimeter of recipient wound. Plaster immobilisation of lower extremity from ends of toes to middle third of hip is performed for 3-4 month term.
EFFECT: method ensures preservation of talus; recovery of support capable function of lower extremity, reduction of treatment terms, increase of patient's life quality.
