FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: osteonecrosis focus is sequestrum-necrecromised. Defect is closed with blood-supplied transplant. Transplant includes long extensor muscle of hallux with distal vascular pedicle of anterior tibial artery, and accompanying veins. At first muscle is laid down on end surface of sanitised foot stump circularly hemming to wound edges. Then shifted muscle is covered with split coetaneous transplant taken from external lateral surface of homogeneous thigh circularly hemming to wound edges as well. Therapeutic immobilisation of foot and leg is carried out by means of external fixation instruments.
EFFECT: created conditions for osteomyelitis process elimination; restoration of dermal tissues integrity; prevention of early postoperative complications; reduced trauma number; reduced treatment time.
