As an autotissue to fill an osseous defect after sequestnecrectomy one should use gastrocnemius and/or flat-fish-like muscles cut at an affected surface at a distal tendinous pedicle, defect of covering foot tissues is closed with a blood-supplied axial cutaneous-fascial fragment from remote parts of human body, at a free plasty, by supplementing its vessels to either posterior or anterior tibial bundle followed by immobilization of an affected limb with a compression- distraction apparatus and complex of curative physical culture to provide foot loading at early postoperative period, and at intactness of arterial plantar arch and unaffected foot and shin skin the closure of covering tissues defects is carried out by transposition of an axial cutaneous-fascial fragment of shin or foot. The method provides decreased number of complications, creates conditions for valuable removal of osteomyelitic focus along with restoration of mechanical strength and supporting function of a limb.
