FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to restorative medicine. Massage movements and gymnastics techniques are applied on anatomical structures of head, neck and shoulder girdle. Sequential action on each element of the chewing system is carried out by performing sets of exercises. Exposure covers 1 to 5 stages. Complexes are composed of five groups of exercises. Complexes include at least one any exercise of five groups of exercises, wherein exercise from group is selected in random order, and elements of chewing system are worked out sequentially.
EFFECT: method enables recovering reflex responses and normal tonus of facial muscles, reducing excitation of the central nervous system and improving the psychoemotional state, relaxing and changing the balance of tension in the masticatory fascia, articular ligaments, muscles of the cranial-mandibular system, muscles of the mouth diaphragm, contributing to the aesthetic effect.
