FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration screen used to separate solid materials that comprises screening tank weighing several tons to accommodate screening means. Proposed screen comprises screening tank 12 to accommodate screening means arranged in preset screening plane P aligned with horizontal plane of vibrations X or inclined thereto, and vibrating means 18, 26 to displace tank 12 relative to fixed thrust structure 15 for tank to rotate along circular path in said horizontal plane X. Said vibrating means 18, 26 comprises first displacement device 18 with first shaft 20 engaged with first cam 24 interacting with screening tank 12 and comprising second displacement device 26 with first shaft 40 engaged with first cam 28 interacting with said screening tank 12 aligned with first cam 24 along axis X' aligned with central line of tank bottom surface 13. Fixed thrust structure 15 comprises supports 14 arranged along its edges and separated from means 18, 26 to support tank 12, and hydraulic or oil-dynamic damping means 16 arranged between supports 14 and tank 12. Transmission 30 engages first shaft 20 with second shaft 40 for them to run at equal angular speed.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced wear.
