FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose material separation, particularly, different-size cereals, leguminous, oil-bearing crops, etc. Separator consists of lengthwise work surfaces interconnected at definite angle and having several lines of elongated holes. Separator is made up of two snug identical sieves with identical meshes deflected from grain conveying direction toward crests of adjacent surfaces through 5 to 35 degrees. Top and bottom sieves are interconnected to translate and be locked in whatever position in designed range.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation.
