FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separators, in particular, to collectors of different fractions, for example, grain, vegetables etc, and may be used for cleaning and sorting grain at breeding stations, elevators, etc. Proposed collector consists of set of fluted for collection of direct fractions with outlets directed in one side, and intermediate fraction collectors arranged without clearances between them and provided with rectangular inlet orifices. Said flutes for direct and intermediate fractions feature different width and may be detached to turn through 180° in horizontal plane to flip flute functions. Width of direct fraction flutes makes four mean square deviations from Gauss Law while that of intermediate fraction makes one mean square deviation from Gauss Law. Collector is provided with flute attachment frame with lengthwise slots and flute retainers made on frame face.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation, expanded performances.
