FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing fuel involves mixing coal tar with a surfactant containing a carboxyl group. Masout is added to the obtained mixture. Components are used in the following ratio in wt %: masout 5-95; coal tar 95-5; and content of the surfactant is not less than 0.5% of the total amount of the rest of the components of the mixture. Also, the coal tar contains not less than 4% water.
EFFECT: wider raw material base for producing fuel, recycling coal tar wastes, eliminating the need to use special equipment.
