FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves electrochemical deposition of a coating from a chromic acid-based electrolyte, wherein the electrolyte contains chromic anhydride CrO3, calcium sulphate CaSO4 and colloidal cluster particles of graphite ground to particle size of approximately 200 nm, with the following ratio of ingredients in the electrolyte, g/l: chromic anhydride CrO3 250; calcium sulphate CaSO4 20; colloidal cluster particles of graphite 15.
EFFECT: reduced coating porosity, high heat resistance and corrosion resistance while maintaining electroconductivity of the coating comparable with that of steel.
