FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: device for introduction of water and gas-air mixture on agglomeration conveyor machine includes gas feed line, gas distributor rigidly fixed with holes directed downwards, cap with holes made in upper wall for air suction, damper with holes coinciding with the holes made in upper wall of the cap. End walls of the cap are made in the form of equilateral trapezia the long bases of which are located at the bottom, and side walls of the cap are inclined and blast valves are provided throughout their length in upper part. Gas distributor is fixed in the cap cavity so that the outlet of gas-air mixture from its holes without ignition is provided. Water metering device is installed horizontally on external surface of side wall of the cap with possibility of being turned and equipped with counterweights to be returned to the initial position. Conveyor machine includes protective cover or post with the axis which is fixed in transverse direction and to which the plates are fixed with possibility of being turned and in the lower part of which there made are holes to fix the device for introduction of water and gas-air mixture with provision of possibility of its deviation and return to the initial position.

EFFECT: invention allows stabilising the charge agglomeration process, improving technical and economic, resource-saving and ecological indices.
