SUBSTANCE: system comprises a communication module to receive requests of funds transfer and requests of funds withdrawal from a terminal, at the same time each request of funds transfer contains an encrypted code of access, which is coded in the terminal after a customer enters an access code via the terminal, and each request of funds withdrawal contains a withdrawal code and an access code entered by the customer via the terminal, a module of access code for decoding of the received encrypted access code and determining reliability of the access code after receipt of the funds transfer request, a module to process payments for withdrawal of the transferred amount from the customer's account and crediting it to the combined account, if it is confirmed that the access code is reliable, a module of code generation to generate a withdrawal code corresponding to the funds transfer request, if it is confirmed that the access code is reliable, at the same time the communication module is arranged as capable of transferring the withdrawal code after its generation only to the mobile phone of the receiver.
EFFECT: higher reliability of transaction completion by using two codes, an encrypted access code is decoded to verify its reliability and is only used when its reliability is confirmed.
