SUBSTANCE: method for payment using contact and non-contact bank cards and/or a mobile application installed on the payer's mobile terminal and reflecting identification parameters of the payer's bank card, characterised by that the database of the processing centre of the card issuing bank includes a controlled "consent to settle account" parameter, the presence of which requires multilevel authorisation of the mobile application through an authorisation centre via interaction with it over a mobile network, as a result of which the processing centre receives the payer's consent to pay the bill on the side of the recipient of the payment, wherein if the authorisation centre acts as an Internet acquirer and the online store system performs readdressing of the payer's mobile application to that Internet acquirer, the consent with the bill is performed based on multilevel authorisation of the payer's mobile application.
EFFECT: high level of security during payment owing to introduction of an additional parameter for consent for settling account for the bank card.
