FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: moulding material 1A unwound from reel 1B by recoiler 40 is adjusted by inclination angle using approach angle regulator 50 and directed into mould 60 for moulding separators. Said material is fed and formed between rolls in mould 60 for continuous forming of separator 1. Separator 1 formed by moulding unit 60 is released by compacting roll mechanism 70 at tension control. Separator opposite edges are squeezed. Said separator 1 released by said compacting roll mechanism is continuously cut by flying shears 80 at sections with not formed channels.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy.
