FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: format of a report is identified on quality of a channel (on the basis of a transfer mode, in accordance with which UE receives a common downlink). At least in the first transfers of user data for copies of a permanently or semipermanently dedicated resources of an upperlink, UE sends user data and a report on the channel quality in accordance with the determined format. For the case, when in response to this transferred user data with reports on the quality channel a negative signal (NACK) arrives, there are four possible versions of further behaviour: repeated transfer of user data in the following permanently dedicated resources of the upperlink (UL) with or without inclusion of a channel quality report into this data, and repeated transfer of user data in a dynamically dedicated resource of an upperlink with or without inclusion of a channel quality report into this data.

EFFECT: efficient getting detailed information on indication of channel quality during transfers, where permanent or semipermanent planning is used.
