SUBSTANCE: invention discloses the first state of a capacity g(i) control setting and the second state of a capacity f(i) control setting, which are initialised for i=0 so that each state reflects an error of capacity control in an open circuit. The initial capacity of transfer for an upstream combined channel is calculated using full compensation of losses in a transfer track. The calculated initial capacity of transfer depends on capacity of the first message preamble sent along the access channel, and the initial capacity of transfer is initialised with the second state of the capacity f(0) control setting. The third message is sent from a transmitter along an upstream combined channel with the initial transfer capacity. In different versions the capacity for i=0 in an upstream control channel is also initialised similarly to the initial capacity of transfer for the third message and using full compensation of losses in a transfer track, and after the third message (and its repeated transfers), further messages sent along the upstream combined channel are sent with capacity, which is calculated using partial compensation of losses in a transfer track.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of signal transfer.
