SUBSTANCE: commands are received to control transfer power designed for traffic and control channels accordingly; commands are separately identified by resources. The method additionally includes application of general commands, which use the same resources, and application of separate commands, which use different resources. Transfer power control (TPC) commands are designed for traffic and control channels.
EFFECT: provision of flexibility in adjustment of power to radio conditions of individual channels.
