FIELD: electrical communication engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device-to-device communication (D2D) and to a transmitting UE that transmits data to a receiving UE over a forward link data channel using e-node-B services to allocate resources for transmitting said data. For this, the UE sends scheduling information to the eNB using the subframe resources specialized for standard uplink communication via e-node B, instead of using resources in the subframe dedicated to transmitting D2D data. In order to allow the eNB to distinguish whether a received scheduling request is intended to allocate resources for data transmission via a forward link channel or eNB, the UE also sends the identification information associated with the scheduling information along with the scheduling information.

EFFECT: technical result is the ability to integrate D2D communication into the LTE system so that as few changes as possible for the current system are required.
