FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. According to method transmission power control commands are obtained, designed for traffic and control channels, respectively; commands are separately identified by radio network time indicators. Method additionally includes application of general commands, which use the same resources, and application of separate commands, which use different resources.
EFFECT: providing flexibility in adjustment of transmission power to conditions of channels without increasing complexity.
