FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of local processing of structural element including foam plastic reinforced by, at least, one tie on processing section. First, foam plastic is removed to retain said tie on processing section. Then, tie fastening zone is filled with filler for tie to be bonded therewith in tie fastening zone. Invention covers also laminar article with foam plastic base layer. Packing part is, at least, partially embedded into foam plastic base layer and covered, at least, partially, by filler layer. At least, one tie is embedded into foam plastic, its one end being secured on foam plastic base layer surface and another end embedded into filler layer.

EFFECT: possibility to perform local processing.
