FIELD: hydro acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: shipborne hydroacoustic station (GAS) antenna keel fairing (KF) is made in the form of a well streamlined body with an outer shell, reinforced by transverse bulkhead separating nasal KF instrumentation compartment with sound-transparent shell from "dry compartment" with non-transparent coating located at its stern, and is provided throughout its length of keel longitudinal beam passing through transverse bulkhead and cantilevered protruding into lower part of instrument compartment KF. Three-layer sound-proof shell (TSS) of the instrument compartment of the KF is made from a polymer composite material (PCM), comprising bearing layers from high-strength reinforced plastic and located between them is a middle layer made of syntactic foam plastic (SP), reinforced with equidistant external surface of TSS plastic fiber layers, reinforced with fabric of flat weaving, alternating with layers of plastic, reinforced with fabric of volume weaving. Fabric of voluminous braiding reinforcing layers of plastic reinforcing the SP of the middle layer of its TSS is used for stretchable knitted fabric. For reinforcing layers of plastic, reinforcing SP of middle layer of TSS, can be used both flat stretched, and spatially stretched fabric of volume braiding. As layers of plastic, reinforcing SP of middle layer of its TSS, reinforced with spatially stretched volumetric weaving fabric, can be used plastics layers, made in form of continuous spatial pattern, equipped with one-side barrel-type upsides, which side surfaces have shape of tubular shells with axes directed normally to external surface of spatial panel formed by its sections located between said cup-shaped heads. Sections of outer and inner load-bearing layers of TSS of KF instrument compartment, which form external profile of keel trapezoidal beam, cover one or several foam plastic decorators oriented along longitudinal axis and adjacent to each other with their side surfaces, molded each, across plastic, by reinforced fabric of flat braiding. At that, between the upper and (or) lower sections of molding of foamed plastic finishers of the keel beam and adjoining sections of internal and (or) external bearing layers of the instrumentation PO, there are additional plies of plastic reinforced with unidirectional, in the direction of longitudinal axis of the keel beam, high-strength and (or) high-modulus reinforcing material.

EFFECT: proposed is shipborne hydroacoustic station antenna keel fairing.
