SUBSTANCE: proposed device serves to force vapor-fluid mix flow between first and second heat exchangers 101, 102, respectively. Note here that said mix flows from first heat exchanger 101 through two or more outlet branch pipes 104. Further, said mix flows from said branch pipes 104 via two or more intermediate pipelines 103 to second heat exchanger 102. Thereafter, said mix flows from intermediate pipelines 103 into second heat exchanger 102 via two or more inlet branch pipes 105. The number (X) of outlet branch pipes 104 exceeds or equals that (Y) of inlet branch pipes 105. First heat exchanger 101 includes tubes assembled in units, each provided with case communicated with one of outlet branch pipes 104 to collect mix of vapor and fluid from all tube of said unit and to force it through outlet branch pipe. Second heat exchanger 102 comprises tubes assembled in units, each provided with single case communicated with one of inlet branch pipes to feed mix of vapor and fluid into every tube.

EFFECT: uniform flow and temperature of liquid and vapor phases in second heat exchanger.
