FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: raw flow is supplied and sent via at least two cooling stages. Each cooling stage comprises one or more heat exchangers. One of heat exchangers comprises the first circuit with the coolant, where the first coolant flow circulates, and the second of the heat exchangers includes the second circuit with the coolant, in which the second coolant flow circulates. The liquefied flow of hydrocarbons is expanded, and released steam is separated to therefore produce the liquefied flow of the hydrocarbon product and the gaseous flow. The gaseous flow, at least a part of the first coolant flow and at least a part of the second coolant flow are sent via the heat exchanger to ensure cooling of the first and second coolant flows with the specified gaseous flow.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and increased efficiency of liquefaction.
