SUBSTANCE: system further includes a unit for monitoring and diagnosing the technical state of hydraulic structures (HS), a unit for evaluating the state and level of security of the HS, a unit for scheduling action on the HS, a unit for managing knowledge in the field of security and reliability of the HS, a data base of the portfolio of the HS of a hydroelectric power plant (HPP) of a corporation and connection of said units with members of the system involved in evaluating the state of the HS, the reliability and security level thereof, wherein results of monitoring the technical state, evaluation of the state and level of HS of all HPP belonging to one corporation are collected and stored in a single data base of the portfolio of the HS of the HPP, and data processing and scheduling of management action on the HS are carried out in automatic mode with the involvement of groups of experts using algorithms common for all HS.
