SUBSTANCE: complex contains a unit of input data for facilities, a monitoring and control unit as a part of a hydraulic structures technical state monitoring and diagnostics unit , a hydraulic structures state and level of safety assessment unit , a planning unit of actions on the hydraulic structures and a control unit of knowledge in the sphere of safety and reliability of the hydraulic structures, a unit of statements to production programs of a corporation, a database of portfolio of the HPP hydraulic structures of the corporation and connections of the above units to experts attracted for assessment of the state and level of safety of the hydraulic structures of all HPP, which belong to the corporation; with that, additionally, the control and monitoring unit of the complex includes a forecast unit of the safety and reliability level of designed and built hydraulic structures, which is intended for automated collection, storage and processing of assessment results of the state and level of safety of the operated hydraulic structures of all HPP or other facilities belonging to the corporation.

EFFECT: improving monitoring efficiency and reliability of the technical state of complex and multicomponent facilities; supporting management decisions taken for improvement of safety and reliability of the specified facilities.
