SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a basic station, which calculates a number of mobile stations related with usage of radio communication resources, and controls incoming calls in accordance with the number of mobile stations. The basic station comprises a calculation module, which calculates a number of mobile stations with data for transfer in a transfer buffer, and a module of calls reception, which receives new calls in compliance with the number of mobile stations.
EFFECT: invention provides for one-to-one relationship between a number of mobile stations with a connection available with a basic station and resources applied.
