SUBSTANCE: present disclosure relates primarily to improvements for reporting buffer status and priority assignment procedures to logical channels performed in the UE in scenarios where the UE is in a dual connection and the PDCP layer of the UE equipment is shared in the uplink for MeNB and SeNB. According to the present disclosure, a relation is introduced according to which the buffer values for PDCP are divided into UEs between SeNB and MeNB according to the noted ratio.
EFFECT: using a configuration in which the UE can communicate with at least two cells.
