SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Present disclosure mainly relates to improvements for reporting the status of the buffer and the procedures for assigning priorities to logical channels performed in the UE, in scenarios where the UE is in a dual connection and the PDCP layer of the UE equipment is shared in the upperlink for MeNB and SeNB. According to the present disclosure, a relation is introduced according to which the buffer values for the PDCP are divided into UEs between SeNB and MeNB according to said ratio.

EFFECT: technical result is usage of configuration in which the UE can communicate with at least two cells.
