SUBSTANCE: user device is proposed, which in a wireless manner connects to a base station in a mobile communication system. The user device comprises a receiving module, which receives information of control in a downlink, and a transmitting module, which sends the first channel in an uplink, besides, the transmitting module on the basis of control information sets a level of transfer capacity of the first channel below the rated capacity determined for a system of mobile communication.
EFFECT: flexible reduction of a noise level to an adjacent system with account of a geographic region, in which a mobile communication system is applied, and different circumstances.
