FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely devices for microwave processing of seeds of rape, soybean, lupine and other high-protein ingredients, and their decontamination from fungi, bacteria and viruses. The device comprises a microwave generator, working cylindrical chamber with a conductive element connected to the microwave generator via the transmission line, the vibrator. Working cylindrical chamber is located inside the conductive element, is provided with inlet latch and outlet valve, with the vibrator mounted on it. The working chamber contains the hubs, made in the form of a funnel, and distributors made in the form of a cone, fixed on its inner surface of the interchange one below the other at a distance of h=20-25 mm so that the apex of the cone of the upper distributor is directed toward the latch located at the entrance of the cylindrical working chamber, and the vertices of the cones of subsequent distributors are directed to the lower parts of the hubs and enter into them with a gap δ=12-15 mm. The angle of slope of generators of the hub and distributor is α1=α2≥31°. The difference between the radii of the hub and the distributor is equal to (D-d)/2=15-20 mm.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve the quality of feed processing.
