FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, particularly, to heat treatment of fodder using microwave power. Proposed method comprises treatment by microwave power at continuous displacement of fodder on inclined surfaces of concentrators and distributors fitted at angle exceeding fodder natural slope angle, from working chamber axis to its inner wall and backward. Note here that exposure is adjusted by varying loading and unloading flow for every type of fodder.
EFFECT: higher quality of fodder treatment.
