FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to farm industry, in particular, to devices for UHF-treatment of feedstuffs. The installation contains a chamber, a UHF-radiation source, a cooling system and a heated air flow direction system. The working chamber in the shape of a cylinder is placed inside the UHF-radiation source and is equipped with a booster installed in the lower part of the chamber. The booster consists of a vertical shaft whereon blades are mounted along a helical line at 90° that are designed in the form of an Archimedian spiral with incurvity towards the rotation direction. The working chamber is connected by means of the charging nipple to the receptacle bin and to the heat exchanger positioned in the latter and by means of the discharging nipple - to the volumetric doser. Positioned under the doser is the cooling system in the form of a cooling device with hollow walls and a cooling element integrated into the cooling device; the cooling element is connected by means of the heated air flow direction system to the heat exchanger of the receptacle bin and to the centrifugal ventilator The installation operates both in a continuous and a cyclic mode.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to implement quality UHF-treatment of feedstuffs.
