FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to pulmonology and can be recommended for diagnostics of cold-induced bronchial asthma. Sprographic indices of MVR75 before and after forced inspiration and expiration of cooled air through mouth at temperature -20°C, containing 5% carbon dioxide, are examined. Spirographic indices of MVR75 are re-measured after 30-minute walk in the open air at temperature (-20°C) -(-25°C). Calculation of discriminant function d=0.82×MVR75, is performed and if d does not exceed value of 13.2 exacerbation of cold-induced bronchial asthma is diagnosed. Method increases accuracy of cold-induced bronchial asthma diagnostics.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy of cold-induced bronchial asthma diagnostics.
