FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to axial-flow sprayers used in chemical and other industries for processing suspensions, emulsions and solutions. Every nozzle of the sprayer comprises hollow cylindrical case made up of cylindrical section with external thread for joint with fluid feed distribution pipeline union, taper transition section and cylindrical section with large diametrical cross-section and internal threaded section. Nozzle is secured aligned with case bottom section. Said nozzle is made up of cylindrical surface with external thread to interact with case cylindrical section. Nozzle cylindrical surface changes into taper surface to end in end face blind web arranged perpendicular to case axis and provided with jet made at its center. Said jet is made axially symmetric about nozzle and consists of cylindrical and taper orifices communicated in series. Taper hole larger diameter is located on nozzle blind web. Case and nozzle make three aligned inner and outer chambers. Extra line of jets is made on nozzle, opposite fluid feed channel, consisting of, at least, three pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical fluid flow channels and horizontal channels. Said channels intersect on nozzle taper side surface to make jet outlets. Note that paired channels are arranged at right angle in the case lengthwise planes. Said nozzle taper side surface features vertex angle equal to 90°.

EFFECT: higher spray efficiency, power savings.
