FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: sprayer comprises hollow cylindrical case connected with atomiser. Jets are arranged in nozzle in mutually perpendicular planes. Said case consists of cylindrical part with outer thread for connection to distribution pipeline union. Besides, it includes interconnected and coaxial hollow cylinder-taper belts. Nozzle is secure coaxially with casing at its bottom. Said nozzle is composed by outer conical surface and end face of blind web perpendicular to nozzle axis. Central orifice is made in said web and at least three inclined holes at 45 degrees to nozzle axis. Note here that cylindrical collar is made on nozzle conical surface with outer thread for connection with the case lower cylinder-taper belt. Extra row of jets is made from the side opposite the fluid feed. Said jets are composed by at least three pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical and horizontal fluid passages. Said passages cross at atomiser conical side surface to make outlets of said jets. Note that paired channels are arranged at right angle in the case lengthwise planes. Note here that nozzle side conical surface features vertex angle equal to 90 degrees. Cylinder-taper collar rigidly jointed with casing cylindrical section has two rows of throttling orifices. One row represents at least three horizontal holes made at cylindrical surface. Another row comprises at least three holes inclined at 45 degrees.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of fine spraying.
