FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: fluid fine sprayer contains hollow cylindrical casing with nozzle, in which orifice are made in mutually perpendicular planes. The hollow casing contains the cylindrical part with male thread to connect to union of the distributing pipeline, cone adapter part and cylindrical part with large diameter of diametral cross-section and with female thread surface. In bottom part of the casing a nozzle is secured, it is made by the cylindrical surface with male thread. The nozzle cylindrical surface transits in the cone surface and is ended by the end partition, with orifice in centre. The orifice includes the cylindrical and cone throttle holes connected in series. Casing and nozzle make coaxial inner cylindrical chambers. On the nozzle from side opposite to the liquid supply an additional row of the orifices is made, that are arranged in pairs of mutually perpendicular channels for liquid passage, and horizontal channels that cross on the cone side surface of the nozzle and create output holes of each of the orifices. Paired channels are arranged at right angle to each other in the casing lengthwise planes while the conical side surface is made with top angle equal to 90°.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of fine liquid spraying.
