FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed sprayer comprises hollow cylindrical case coupled with atomiser. Jets are arranged in nozzle in mutually perpendicular planes. Said case consists of cylindrical part with outer thread for connection to distribution pipeline union. Besides, it includes conical transition part and cylindrical part with large diametral cross-section. Also, it has inner threaded surface. Atomiser is secured at case bottom, aligned therewith and composed by said cylindrical surface with outer thread to interact with the case cylindrical surface. Note here that atomiser cylindrical surface changeover to conical surface to be terminated by end blind web with jet at its centre. Said jet is axially symmetric about said atomiser and consists of cylindrical and conical orifices communicated consecutively. Larger diameter of conical bore is located at atomiser blind web. Casing and nozzle make two aligned inner chambers. Extra row of jets is made from the side opposite the fluid feed. Said jets are composed by at least three pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical and horizontal fluid passages. Said passages cross at atomiser conical side surface to make outlets of said jets. Paired channels are arranged at right angle in the case lengthwise planes while conical lateral surface features apex angle equal to 90°.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of fine spraying.
