FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: plastic L-shaped drain systems are made as low-heat-conducting. On the external side of short sides of L-shaped cills, and also onto inner surfaces of drain chutes, drain pipes, a current-conducting layer is applied with high electric resistance. Current conductors with low resistance are built into inner surfaces of short sides of L-shaped cill, and also into external surfaces of each plastic element of the drain system as insulated from an appropriate current-conducting layer with high electric resistance. A closed electric circuit is developed from current-conducting layers joined to each other with high electric resistance and current conductors joined to each other with low electric resistance of fragments of drain cills, chutes, drain pipes. Connection is done into a common closed electric circuit. In an electric room a control autotransformer is provided.
EFFECT: reduced costs in roof operation.
