FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pan represents an assembly made up of pushing part and centering part non destructing in assembly acceleration in thrower. Said centering part has chamber to house projectile. Centering part is made from material that features tensile strength lower than tension strains originating in centering part after its escape from thrower, and/or it is equipped with local tension strain concentrators. Proposed method consists in dividing the pan into components after escape from thrower by mechanical separation of pushing part and centering part fragmentation. Centering part fragmentation is made by development of tension strains exceeding tensile strength of centering part and/or exceeding ultimate strength of local tension strain concentrators.
EFFECT: higher test efficiency and accuracy, expanded performances.
