FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire extinguishing techniques, namely portable fire extinguishers and fire extinguishers for fire and explosion prevention and fire fighting with inorganic fast-hardening foam. In a fire extinguisher for fire and explosion prevention and hard foam extinguishing, comprising sealed housing with components of fire-extinguishing substance placed in it, means for mixing components of fire-extinguishing substance and foaming mixture of components of fire extinguishing agent, means for creating pressure inside housing with possibility of pressure extinguishing by components of fire-extinguishing substance from housing into facility for mixing and foaming mixture of components of fire-extinguishing substance and pipelines for separate supply of fire-extinguishing substance components from housing to means for mixing components of fire-extinguishing substance and foaming mixture of components of fire-extinguishing substance, device for mixing components of fire extinguishing substance and foaming mixture of components of fire-extinguishing substance is made in form of separate supply of components of fire extinguishing substance of the shut-and-launch device and barrel, which contain series-arranged mixing chamber of separately supplied into it components of fire extinguishing substance and a foaming chamber for mixture of fire extinguishing agent components with ejected atmospheric air, wherein the shut-off device comprises valves equipped with rods of various lengths on lines supplying fire-extinguishing substance components to a mixing chamber, made with possibility to start using a fire extinguisher consecutively opening one valve and feeding into mixing chamber of one component and then opening another valve and feeding into mixing chamber of another component, and upon termination of functional use of the fire extinguisher of sequential closure of valves first and termination of separate supply of fire-extinguishing substance components to the mixing chamber in reverse order.
EFFECT: improving operating reliability of a fire extinguisher and fire extinguishing efficiency and fire and explosion prevention.
