SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire extinguishing techniques, namely portable fire extinguishers and fire extinguishers for fire and explosion prevention and fire fighting with inorganic fast-hardening foam. Means for mixing components of fire extinguishing substance and foaming mixture of components of fire extinguishing agent, means for creating pressure inside housing with possibility of pressure extinguishing by components of fire extinguishing substance from housing into facility for mixing and foaming mixture of components of fire-extinguishing substance and means for separately supplying fire-extinguishing substance components from housing to means for mixing components of fire-extinguishing substance and foaming mixture of components of fire-extinguishing substance, fire extinguisher housing is U-shaped in form of two predominantly vertically oriented balloons, in which lower ends are connected to each other from below by means of taps, and upper ends are covered from above with covers, pipelines of means of separate supply of fire-extinguishing substance components to the device for mixing and foaming mixture of fire-extinguishing substance components are connected to one of them, and means for creation of pressure inside the housing are connected to the other.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of a fire extinguisher and efficiency of fire extinguishing and fire extinguishing fire extinguishing in a fire extinguisher for fire and explosion prevention and solid foam extinguishing containing sealed housing with components of fire-extinguishing substance placed in it.
