FIELD: package and storage.
SUBSTANCE: dispensing closure for product container (1) comprises plastic container (4) of closure. Closure body has upper wall (41) provided with dispensing opening (44), which is located on the same axis as the dispensing pass of the container. Sealing device comprises self-closing valve (6) made in the form of a membrane made from a polymer film having a thickness t. Membrane has a valve section, which can take an open position during use under action of product pressure, and attachment section (64) surrounding the valve section. Valve attachment section is welded to ring-shaped bearing surface (54) formed as a whole in closure body along periphery of hole or formed on plastic ring-like insert part (5), which is connected with closure body along periphery of hole. Seal between fastening section and bearing surface comprises annular groove (71) and inner zone (72) of annular seal adjacent to annular groove on inner radial side, wherein said annular groove is recessed in support surface and has a depth which is 2–5 times membrane thickness.
