SUBSTANCE: mammalian cell culture media comprises the supernatant from the human plasma fractions I according to the Cohn method or the supernatant from the human plasma fractions II+III according to the Cohn method in addition to common nutrients in the base nutrient medium for mammalian cell culture. Besides, the invention relates to the use of said medium and the method for preparing it. The method involves preparing the supernatant from the fractions I and II+III of human plasma fractionation according to the Cohn method by ethanol deposition, separation of the supernatant, freezing or drying, and optionally dilution and/or dialysis or diafiltration and/or removal of pathogenic agents followed by addition of the supernatant from the fractions I or II+III prepared thereby to the base culture medium.

EFFECT: invention provides effective maintenance or proliferation of mammalian cell culture.
